  Excess wear at the accumulator bore or on the critical diameter of the accumulator valve is common in Chrysler 45/545/65/66/68RFE transmissions. Wear at this bore allows oil to exhaust, resulting in converter and lockup concerns. Installing Sonnax drop-in TCC accumulator valve kit 44912-18K eliminates leaks to restore normal operation.
