Aisin AWTR-60SN transmissions may exhibit multiple line pressure-related problems due to excessive wear in the main pressure regulator bore. Wear at the inner bore results in excess pressure and reduced cooler/converter flow. Wear at the plug end allows oil loss resulting in poor line rise and burnt clutches. Installing the Sonnax oversized pressure regulator valve and endplug kit 25741-01K corrects pressure loss problems and restores proper pressure regulation. The oversized valve and calibrated spring match OE valve response, and the multi-position endplug allows you to match the original factory setting.
